Safe Driving TipsIt is never a good idea to drive on poor roads, however, if you simply must drive, remember to allow plenty of extra time to arrive safely, and be sure to tell someone your expected time of arrival at your destination.
By adjusting your head restraint, you will limit how your head and neck can snap backward during a collision. This will reduce both the risk and/or severity of a neck injury. Always check to ensure that yours and your passengers’ head restraints are adjusted to the correct height every time you drive.
Make sure they see you when you drive--drive with your headlights on day or night.
